Kuwait - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Aayan Real Estate approved distributing 6.5% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company will pay 6.5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders as FY16 dividends, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

During FY16, the company achieved a growth of 1.5% in profits to KWD 2.75 million from KWD 2.71 million in FY15.

At the stock level, Aayan Real Estate closed Sunday’s session at 88 fils.
